Special Fund Raiser to benefit WOLF Sanctuary

I wanted to do something to help out after the devastating fires in Colorado. For any of you who don’t know, Colorado is my home and I know people and animals who’ve been impacted by all the major fires we had in May and June. I live close but was never in any danger to the High Park fire, second largest and second most destructive in Colorado history – well, since we’ve been keeping track anyway. We will be feeling the effects of the fire for years to come. Homes are destroyed, hiking trails and major recreational areas will be closed for seasons as the mudslide danger and falling tree danger make them unusable, animals have lost their habitats and have moved down into Fort Collins or surrounding areas to escape the fire, and a small wolf sanctuary – WOLF was right in the middle of it all. The wolves were safely evacuated but the costs of repairs will be high and the ongoing costs of running a wolf sanctuary will always be there. To help out, I’ve decided to donate half of my net profits on anything Doc, Vampire-Hunting Dog related that I earn between the beginning of July through the end of October. I’ll make the donation in November. This means that, after expenses, I’ll donate half of what is left (depending on how much I make, I may increase this amount, but it will be at least half). Expenses are limited to shipping and my purchase cost from createspace on any copies I sell directly. Amazon and the other ebook retailers already take out their expenses before they send my royalties. I will make a full, public report, at the end of this promotion so you all know how it went.

What can you do to help? Buy my book of course! Tell people to buy it! It’s for a good cause of course and it’s a fun story.

You can buy Doc in print from Amazon, Createspace, and from Inkwolf Press (in the next couple of days, I’m still working on the store but should have it up and running shortly).
You can buy it in ebook from all major ebook retailers.
Buy links are all here: https://writerjacampbell.wordpress.com/docs-stories/
Or you can go to www.inkwolfpress.com and buy it there. If you buy straight from me I will even sign and personalize if you would like.

So, support the wolves, and enjoy a good Novella about a vampire-hunting dog. I also expect to have his short stories up for sale in the next few weeks.

Thank you so much for your help in this cause.

I wish you all the best with your book sales and fund-raising. We humans give our furry friends a hard time, so it’s nice to give something back… πŸ™‚

    I already bought Doc’s e-version… I wouldn’t mind a signed copy, though!

What if I want to add on to the price as a extra donation in your name? I looked on the Createspace Estore, and there isn’t a way to do this.

      • Liane! That’s a cool idea πŸ™‚ Give me a few more days. I’m struggling with the store on my own website http://www.inkwolfpress.com. I should have it up this weekend (crosses fingers) and I’ll make a big blog post about that. There might even be a way to do that, so I’ll let you know.
