“We’re trying to find out Meg’s weaknesses and strengths. She can heal really quickly, crosses don’t bother her, but garlic does.”
Ann glanced at Steph’s bed and giggled. “Dracula?”
“We had to start somewhere, and it’s, well, a classic.”
“So is Frankenstein.”
“Yes, so it is, and if we had to deal with a deranged, pieced-together monster and a mad scientist, I’d have grabbed that one.”
